- Cup and a half (tea) of ready-made tomato sauce1 cup
- Seasonings of your choice (garlic, onion, pepper...)1 coffee spoon
- Mix the meat, seasonings, egg and wheat flour until a homogeneous mass is formed. Make the meatballs, molding two teaspoons of the meat dough. Place all the meatballs in a refractory container and microwave for 6 minutes on high power. Add the tomato sauce, cover with a microwave-safe lid or paper towel and microwave for another 1 minute. Serve next.
