- Spices: Edu Guedes, paprika, rib broth powder, garlic powder.1 to taste
- Beat the dough ingredients in the blender, egg, milk, oil, sugar, salt, finally add the biological yeast and beat lightly. In a deep container add the flour and throw this mixture in the blender into the container. Knead the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Cook the ground beef until the water it releases dries up. Let cool.
- Take the dough and assemble the esfiha. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°. Enjoy your food.
