  • Milk500 ml
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Organic Yeast10 g
  • Wheat flour.1 kg
  • Ground beef (stuffing)500 g
  • Spices: Edu Guedes, paprika, rib broth powder, garlic powder.1 to taste
  1. Beat the dough ingredients in the blender, egg, milk, oil, sugar, salt, finally add the biological yeast and beat lightly. In a deep container add the flour and throw this mixture in the blender into the container. Knead the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the ground beef until the water it releases dries up. Let cool.
  3. Take the dough and assemble the esfiha. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°. Enjoy your food.
