Bata no liquidificador os ovos,o leite e o acrescenta a farinha de trigo aos poucos.
Após bater tudo coloque uma pitada de sal e bata mais um pouco.
Com ajuda de papel toalha espelhe óleo por toda a frigideira e vá adicionando uma concha de massa ,faça movimentos circulares para que a massa se espalhe ,doure um lado e vire o outro.
E assim faça todas uma por uma.
Reserve.
Agora vamos ao recheio .
Doure a cebola , alho e acrescenta a carne moída, o tomate ,coloque o sal a gosto e deixe dourar,coloque o molho de tomate e deixe por alguns minutos.
Pronto agora recheie cada massa com esse recheio .
