- lasagna noodles500 g
- Ground beef400 g
- Oil1 teaspoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Tomato sauce2 unit(s)
- Ham250 g
- Mozzarella200 g
- Shredded cheese (optional)1 unit(s)
- Cook pasta al dente, after cooking, apply a little oil so that it does not stick (reserve). There are pasta that do not need cooking.
- For the sauce, sauté the garlic, onion, ground beef, then add the tomato sauce, let it cook for 5 minutes, set aside.
- In a pan put some sauce on the bottom, a layer of pasta, a layer of ham, a layer of mozzarella and repeat the sequence until the ingredients run out.
- Cover with grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 180º C or until golden brown. Then remove it and you're done. Enjoy your food!
