  • Ground beef500 kg

  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Coriander1 to taste
  • Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese250 g
  • Ham250 g
  1. In a pan put enough water to cover the pasta to cook, put a tablespoon of salt and a drizzle of oil, cook until it is soft, not too soft, take a colander and drain the pasta, throw cold water above, and book.
  2. Take the ground beef, put it in a pan, add all the spices cut into pieces and sauté well, add 250 ml of water to cook the meat, when it is almost dry, add the tomato sauce and the cream, let it boil for 1 minute and it's good.
  3. Mounting In a glass refractory, place a layer of meat, then a layer of pasta, then cheese, then ham, and so on, finishing with the cheese.
  4. Take it to the high oven, preheated, at 220 degrees, leave for 20 minutes until golden, and that's it, serve.
