Meat Lasagna ground

Lasanha:

Cozinhe a massa segundo as orientações do fabricante, despeje em um refratário com água gelada para não grudar e reserve.


Lasagna:

Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions, pour it into a refractory with ice water so it doesn't stick and set aside.


Molho à bolonhesa

Refogue o alho, a cebola, a carne moída, o molho de tomate, deixe cozinhar por 3 minutos e reserve.

Bolognese sauce

Sauté the garlic, onion, ground beef, tomato sauce, cook for 3 minutes and set aside.


Molho branco

Derreta a margarina, coloque as 3 colheres de farinha de trigo e mexa.

Despeje o leite aos poucos e continue mexendo.

Por último, coloque o creme de leite, mexa por 1 minuto e desligue o fogo.


White sauce

Melt the margarine, add the 3 tablespoons of wheat flour and stir.

Slowly pour in the milk and keep stirring.

Finally, add the cream, stir for 1 minute and turn off the heat.

Montagem

Despeje uma parte do molho à bolonhesa em um refratário, a metade da massa, a metade do presunto, a metade da mussarela, todo o molho branco e o restante da massa.

Repita as camadas até a borda do recipiente.

Finalize com o queijo ralado e leve ao forno alto (220° C), preaquecido, por cerca de 20 minutos.

Mounting

Pour a part of the bolognese sauce in a refractory, half of the pasta, half of the ham, half of the mozzarella, all the white sauce and the rest of the pasta.

Repeat layers to the edge of the container.

Finish with the grated cheese and take it to the high oven (220°C), preheated, for about 20 minutes.
