- Milk1 cup
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Chives to taste
- Bring the Potatoes to Cook
- Once ready, wait for it to cool.
- Mash the potatoes with the help of a fork, add the oregano, the grated carrot, the chives and mix.
- In a pan add the butter and salt, wait for it to melt and add the mashed potato.
- Add the milk and mix until creamy, add the cream and you're done.
