Salt to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Margarine1 tablespoon
Ground beef1/2 kg
Onion1 unit(s)

Coriander to taste
Seasoning to taste
Salt to taste
Mozzarella200 g

Mash the potatoes well, then add the milk, margarine, grated cheese, nutmeg and salt. Stir over medium heat until it boils well.Reseve.
Season the meat with all the ingredients and put it on the fire until it cooks well.
In a marinex greased with margarine, place a layer of the puree add the ground beef and cover with the rest of the puree, put mozzarella cheese on top and take it to the oven to brown.
