- Peeled Cassava500 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Salt to taste
- In a pan, place the potato and manioc, cover with water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and turn on the fire.
- Once it boils, lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes.
- Drain the water and pass the potato and manioc while still hot in the ricer.
- Return the squeezed manioc to the heat, add the butter and milk, stirring until the butter melts, and the butter and milk are incorporated into the puree.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle and serve immediately or freeze in individual portions.
