  • Peeled Cassava500 g
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Milk1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a pan, place the potato and manioc, cover with water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and turn on the fire.
  2. Once it boils, lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Drain the water and pass the potato and manioc while still hot in the ricer.
  4. Return the squeezed manioc to the heat, add the butter and milk, stirring until the butter melts, and the butter and milk are incorporated into the puree.
  5. Remove from heat, sprinkle and serve immediately or freeze in individual portions.
