Cortar as batatas e colocar para cozinhar, com uma pitada de sal.

Depois de cozida amasse e adicione na panela a margarina o leite mexa até engrossar.

Após isso junte o creme de leite, eu gosto de usar o creme de leite pq o pure fica mais leve, vai do gosto de cada um.

Acertar no sal  quem quiser colocar temperos ao seu gosto fica ótimo também.
