- Water to taste
- Place the milk, the biscuits and the eggs in the blender and beat well.
- For the syrup in a pan, put the sugar and stir until it melts and turns golden, put a little water inside and keep stirring until the syrup point.
- Take a round shape and caramelize the shape, let it cool and put the cookie mixture inside the shape.
- In a larger pan, place the shape inside and put water for the bain-marie, cover the shape with aluminum foil.
- Then put it in the oven at 180 degrees. For 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Then put it in the fridge to cool
- Ready.
