- Salt, Black Pepper and Olive Oil to taste
- Put the Mandioquinha to cook well with water and salt, then knead. Place the wheat flour and egg yolks in the bowl. Mix well.
- Divide the dough and roll to cut the rolls into pieces. Take a pan with water and salt to the fire, and cook the gnocchi.
- In another pan, heat the oil, add the crushed garlic and the onion cut into cubes to brown. Put the sauce the seasonings and basil. And let it boil.
