  • Gem2 unit(s)
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt, Black Pepper and Olive Oil to taste
  1. Put the Mandioquinha to cook well with water and salt, then knead. Place the wheat flour and egg yolks in the bowl. Mix well.
  2. Divide the dough and roll to cut the rolls into pieces. Take a pan with water and salt to the fire, and cook the gnocchi.
  3. In another pan, heat the oil, add the crushed garlic and the onion cut into cubes to brown. Put the sauce the seasonings and basil. And let it boil.
  4. Put the gnocchi in a refractory and put the sauce on top, mix.
