  • Coconut Milk300 ml
  • Condensed milk2 can(s)
  • Shredded Coconut3 tablespoon
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  1. In the blender add the coconut milk, condensed milk, eggs and butter and whisk for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the grated coconut and the cassava and take it to beat again for 5 minutes.
  3. Unite the shape, pour the dough inside and take it to the oven preheated to 180°C for 60 minutes.
