- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions.
- Grate the carrot very finely and set aside.
- Grate the onion very finely and set aside
- Cut the ham and cheese into small cubes
- Add the pasta, with all the ingredients, add the mayonnaise, see the salt and season to taste.
