Macaroni with Tuna Sauce

- Recipe
- Noodles (your choice)500 g
- Canned tuna2 can(s)
- Tomato sauce340 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic3 unit(s)
- Seasoning (I used homemade, green seasoning and green smell) to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Filtered water1/2 cup
- Cook the pasta in boiling water, until al dente (it varies between 8-15 minutes, depending on the type);
- Sauce: Saute garlic, onion and seasonings;
- Then, add the tuna without the oil/water and sauté until lightly golden;
- Put the tomato sauce, water and let it boil (always stirring) and turn off;
- Drain all the water from the pasta and add the tuna sauce.
- It can be served with grated cheese or in pieces.
