- Put the water to boil. Meanwhile, sauté garlic and onion in another pan, put the ground beef, mine was ground with bacon, sauté the beef and add a little vinegar and add the seasonings to taste, put the tomato sauce, let it cook for 4 minutes and add 2 spoons of cream cheese and the mozzarella mix well and that's it. Put the Macaroni to cook and drain, mix with the sauce and that's it!
