- Curd cheese200 g
- Minced garlic2 unit(s)
- Chopped small onion1 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Put the butter, garlic, onion and black pepper in the pan and bring to the fire to sauté.
- Add the tomato sauce and salt and let it cook for 3 minutes, when the minutes pass add the curd cheese and mix well.
- Finally, just add the cooked pasta, mix well and serve.
