Elbow Noodles or other small500 g
Milk1 l
Salt to taste
Chedar Cheese300 g
Mozzarella or Parmesan Cheese300 g

Place the milk and pasta in the pan, stirring constantly until al dente, if necessary add a little more milk;
Add the cheddar cheese and salt over low heat (be careful with the salt because the cheese for gratin is already salty);
Stir well until the chedar melts and incorporates, then transfer to a large platter;
Place the mozzarella or parmesan cheese on top of the macaroni and put it in the oven for fixings.
