- Maizena1 tablespoon
- Milk200 ml
- cheddar cheese200 g
- Salt to taste
- Place the butter in a pan and heat over low heat until melted. Add the cornstarch and mix until the butter is incorporated. Then, little by little, add the milk and stir constantly.
- Season with salt to taste. Add the cheddar cheese and stir until you get a creamy sauce consistency.
- Cook the macaroni according to package specifications. Then, pour the pasta into the sauce.
