Macaroni in White Sauce with Bacon and Cottage Cheese

- Bacon | 450 g
- Cottage cheese | 1 cup
- Sour cream | 300 ml
- Pasta of your choice | 500 g
- Garlic | 2 unit(s)
- Nutmeg | to taste
- Salt | to taste
- Cut the bacon into small, thin cubes.
Fry it until golden brown without using oil.
At the end of the frying, add the cloves of garlic properly chopped.
Simultaneously cook the pasta.
Remove excess oil from the bacon (do not remove it all).
Add the cream and cream cheese, nutmeg and salt.
At this point add any other seasoning you like.
Stir until obtaining a homogeneous but not stiff mixture.
Mix with the cooked pasta and serve.
