Ingredients

  • Bacon cut into cubes | 150 g
  • Penne pasta | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Water | 3 cup
  • Oil | 3 tablespoon
  • Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream | 1 can(s)
  • Parmesan cheese |  to taste
  • Black pepper |  to taste
  • Chopped parsley |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Cook the macaroni as usual.
  2. In a pan, fry the bacon cubes in a drizzle of oil until golden brown. Add the chopped onion and let it brown with the bacon. Then add the water and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add the cream, the black pepper and mix well and turn off the heat.
  3. In a refractory, place the pasta already cooked and drained and add the sauce. Finish by sprinkling the chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
