  • Spaghetti500 g
  • Smoked ham300 g
  • Chopped Smoked Pepperoni100 g
  • Sour cream3 can(s)
  • Grated Parmesan50 g
  • Grated Mozzarella100 g
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Vinegar3 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic2 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated nutmeg to taste
  • Oil4 tablespoon
  • Coriander1 unit(s)
  1. In a pan add 1 l of water, a spoon of vinegar. Wait for it to boil and add 500g of spaghetti. Cook for approximately 10min. Or even to the tooth. Sauté the pasta in garlic and oil, adjust the salt and set aside.
  2. In another pan add the butter, the chopped garlic and let it brown. Add the smoked pepperoni, let it fry for approximately 5 min. Add the ham and then the boxes of cream and cornstarch to give it a creaminess, wait for it to cook, add the grated parmesan and nutmeg, adjust the salt. And that's it, with the help of a pasta utensils mount your plate, decorating with the grated mozzarella on top and a coriander branch. Serve!
