- Snail Pasta400 g
- cheddar cheese200 g
- Cheese150 g
- Bacon100 g
- Milk800 ml
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Salt, pepper and parsley to taste
- Cook the pasta in salted water for the time indicated on the package.
- Cut the bacon into small cubes, fry until golden and set aside.
- In the same pan that you fried the bacon, discard the excess fat, add the butter and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the wheat flour and cook until it starts to turn golden. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until it thickens. Season with salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley.
- Add the cheese and mix until completely melted. Add the pasta, turn off the heat and sprinkle the reserved bacon.
