  • Snail Pasta400 g
  • cheddar cheese200 g
  • Cheese150 g
  • Bacon100 g
  • Milk800 ml
  • Wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt, pepper and parsley to taste
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water for the time indicated on the package.
  2. Cut the bacon into small cubes, fry until golden and set aside.
  3. In the same pan that you fried the bacon, discard the excess fat, add the butter and sauté the onion and garlic.
  4. Add the wheat flour and cook until it starts to turn golden. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until it thickens. Season with salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley.
  5. Add the cheese and mix until completely melted. Add the pasta, turn off the heat and sprinkle the reserved bacon.
