  • Snail noodles500 g
  • Boiling water3 l
  • Heavy cream2 can(s)
  • Cheddar cheese200 g
  • Grated Parmesan100 g
  • Salt2 tablespoon
  • Milk100 ml
  1. In a pan, add the milk, Heavy cream, cheddar cheese and grated parmesan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Once everything is incorporated and becomes a creamy sauce, turn off the heat.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, boil the salted water. Cook the pasta according to the instructions, taking 2 minutes before the indicated time.
  4. Drain the pasta and place in a baking dish.
  5. Add the cheese sauce and mix well.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
