- Knee Noodles500 g
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Milk250 ml
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- grated cheese200 g
- Salt to taste
- Diced Bacon200 g
- Fry the bacon in cubes and set aside
- With the flour, butter and milk, make the white sauce and then add the grated cheese and mix in the fried bacon.
- Cook the pasta and then mix it with the sauce, serve with more grated cheese on top or, if you prefer, decorate with green smell.
