1 xícara e 1/2 de farinha de aveia ou farinha de
arroz
1 caixinha de creme de leite ou 1/2 lata (preferir)
Sal
1 gema de ovo
Recheio: Queijo mussarela ou coalho...
E só misturar a farinha com o creme de leite até
desgrudar da mão (é necessário ir ajustando com
mais farinha até desgrudar mesmo)..
Deixar a massa
descansando 5 minutos.
Com um rolo ou garrafa
abrir a massa e fazer círculos com um copo.
Rechear
como quiser e fechar a massa com um garfo.
Pincelar com a gema e assar no forno pré aquecido a
180*Graus por 25 minutos.
