  • Shrimp400 g
  • Fettuccine500 g
  • Black pepper and salt to taste
  • Sliced garlic2 dessert spoon
  • White wine80 ml
  • Lemon Juice and Zest1 unit(s)
  • Butter100 g
  • Basil to taste
  1. In one pan make the shrimp and in the other the pasta. Season the prawns with salt and pepper and set aside. Cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain the water. Preheat a skillet greased with oil and grill the shrimp on both sides until golden. Reserve. In the same skillet, brown the garlic in olive oil and add the wine. Let it evaporate a little and add the lemon juice, butter and paprika. Mix until the butter is completely melted. Add the lemon zest, shrimp and basil. Mix the already cooked pasta with the sauce and serve immediately.
