Milk

No liquidificador bata o leite, água, sal e o ovo. 

In the blender, beat the milk, water, salt and the egg.

Acrescente a farinha até ficar uma massa homogênea 


Add the flour until you get a homogeneous mass.


Em uma frigideira aqueça e vai colocando a massa. 

Depois coloque o recheio de sua preferência e enrole

Then put the stuffing of your choice and roll

Coloque em uma assadeira, coloque o molho e queijo parmesão por cima

Place on a baking sheet, put the sauce and Parmesan cheese on top

Coloque no forno até derreter o queijo. 

Place in the oven until the cheese melts.
