Bata o ovo e 3 colher margarina,logo depois adiciona a mistura pra bolo e o leite e bata por uns 2 minuto ou conforme a instrução da embalagem,depois coloque em uma forma untada e deixe descansa enquanto faz o recheio

Em uma panela coloque 1 colher de margarina leite condensado e creme de leite e o coco ralado e misture no fogo baixo até engrossa e desgruda do fundo

Em seguida coloque por cima do bolo,e coloque pra assar em 180 grau por 40 a 50 minuto(depende do seu forno),vai esperando o palito pra saber se está pronto
