- Fresh pastry dough (roll) to taste
- Onion to taste
- Ground beef to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Mozzarella to taste
- Ham to taste
- Sour cream to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a pan, put olive oil and onion in cubes and sauté.
- Put the ground meat and refog.
- Add the tomato sauce, the cream of milk, hit the salt and book.
- For assembly, place the ground beef sauce in the bottom of a container, cut the roll dough the size of the container and place it on top of the sauce.
- Put another layer of sauce, a layer of ham, one of mozzarella and repeat the whole process until you finish assembling and finish with mozzarella.
- Bake at 180• for approximately 50 minutes.
