@wilsonfnunes- Ingredients
- Recipe
- Fresh pasta for lasagna400 g
- Ham300 g
- Mozzarella300 g
- Parmesan100 g
- Ground duckling400 g
- Tomato sauce (homemade)700 ml
- Onion (medium)1 unit(s)
- Fresh Basil to taste
- salt and black pepper to taste
- Butter50 g
- In a pan, place the butter and place over medium heat. When the butter has melted, add the onion and sauté until translucent. Add ground beef, salt and pepper to taste. When it is well golden, add the tomato sauce, basil and adjust the salt if necessary. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (medium temperature) and in the meantime, assemble the lasagna. In a medium sized ovenproof dish, place a little bolognese sauce on the bottom and then a layer of lasagna noodles to cover the bottom of the dish. On the first layer of pasta, place the ham and mozzarella and spread a little of the bolognese sauce. Cover with another layer of pasta and repeat the process, until you finish with a layer of bolognese sauce. Sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese over this last layer and take it to the preheated oven to bake for about 35 minutes or until browned. Serve next.
- Tip: to know if it's good, stick a toothpick and if it goes in without resistance, it's because the dough is cooked.
