  • Pre-cooked lasagna noodles500 g
  • Ground meat500 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Tomato4 unit(s)
  • Tomato extract2 tablespoon

  • Salt1 to taste
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
  • Whole milk500 ml
  • Mozzarella cheese500 g
  • Nutmeg1 to taste
  • Green smell1 to taste
  1. Let's start with the bolognese sauce, in a pan sauté the ground beef until it becomes soft, add the onion, garlic, pepper and diced tomatoes, sauté until wilted, add the tomato paste and cover with water. As soon as it thickens, hit the salt and add the green smell, we want a thick non-liquid sauce so be careful when adding water right? Reserve.
  2. White sauce: heat the butter, you can also use margarine, then add the wheat flour, stirring constantly until golden, add the milk, it's essential to make sure there are no lumps, see? Add the salt and nutmeg, it can be more liquid but it doesn't have a problem, it keeps thickening.
  3. Assembly: in a large bowl add a layer of white sauce then the lasagna pasta I use these pre-cooked fresh ones! Then a layer of bolognese sauce and cheese. I finish with white sauce and cheese.
  4. I take it to the fire at 2000 degrees for about 25 minutes and five more with the gilder on to gratin. I always place the portrait inside a water bath type shape so it doesn't burn the bottom and doesn't stick, I wait 5 minutes to serve.
