1 packet of fresh Lasagna

Ground beef

Mozzarella Cheese

Sachet of tomato sauce

Onion

Garlic

Parsley

Salt

Coriander

Sugar

Pique as cebolas e o alho e leve ao fogo para refogar.
Após refogar,coloque a carne moída ,misture bem no alho e na cebola.
Logo após você vai acrescentar a tomate picada,coentro salsa e todos os temperos a gosto,deixe refogando por 8 minutos e acrescente o molho de tomate.
Misture bem !
Após acrescentar o molho,coloque uma colher de sobremesa de açúcar, para tirar o ácido do molho e deixe ferve por mais 3 minutos.
Desligue o fogo e reserve o molho.

Chop the onions and garlic and bring to a boil.
After sautéing, put the ground beef, mix well in the garlic and onion.
Soon after you will add the chopped tomato, cilantro, parsley and all the seasonings to taste, let it sauté for 8 minutes and add the tomato sauce.
Mix well !
After adding the sauce, add a dessert spoon of sugar to remove the acid from the sauce and let it boil for another 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat and reserve the sauce.

Em um refratário de sua preferência,coloquei uma concha raza de molho pronto,por cima coloque a massa da lasanha,queijo e o presunto e mais uma camada de lasanha e acrescentar por cima o molho, vai fazendo até terminar a massa.
Por último cobre a lasanha com as fatias de queijo ,leve ao forno pré aquecido por 180 graus ,e deixe gratinar.

Agora só retirar do forno e servir !
