- Chopped Cabbage1 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Milk2 cup
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Blend everything in a blender until smooth. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Put an amount of dough to cover the bottom of the skillet and turn to brown on both sides.
- Use whatever stuffing you prefer: chicken, vegetables, ground beef, ricotta.
- Make a separate sauce if you prefer and put it on top of the pancakes.
