- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Kale (leaf)6 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Onion to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- In a skillet put the olive oil, garlic, onion and cabbage to braise. After booking
- In a blender place the other ingredients, along with the braised kale. Beat for about 3 minutes or until you get a homogeneous mass.
- In a skillet brush olive oil and add a shell of the pancake dough. Wait until it reaches the point and turn with the help of a spatula to cook the other side.
- In the picture I stuffed it with ground meat and put tomato sauce on top, but it can be stuffed with whatever you prefer
- Some suggestions: chicken, cheese, hearts of palm, pepperoni, vegetables
- And then it's just delight 😉😋
