  • Water200 ml
  • Ground pork300 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chives1 unit(s)

  1. DOUGH: In a bowl, add the flour
  2. Then add the water little by little and mix.
  3. Add a pinch of salt to the dough mixture.
  4. After getting a good consistency, cover the dough with cling film and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  5. FILLING: In a bowl, season the ground pork, add the chopped onion and chives and mix everything together.
  6. After the dough rests, open the dough with the help of a rolling pin, cut the dough with the help of some round object, cut it into small circles.
  7. Add the stuffing to the dough and close by kneading the ends together.
  8. Finally, in a frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, add a little water and cover, so the stuffing will cook, leave it for about 5 minutes, then it will be ready to serve.
