Cozer a massa e reservar.
Em uma frigideira bem quente colar o azeite, o chouriço, bacon e o tomate mexendo bem.

In a very hot frying pan, add the olive oil, chorizo, bacon and tomato, stirring well.

Em um refratário colocar a massa e sobre esta os ingredientes fritos. Por cima derrame a manteiga e após esta o queijo ralado . Assim que gratinar retirar do forno e servir
