- Boiled Cassava1 kg
- Whey cream1 can(s)
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Dry meat, desalted and cooked (1/2 kilo)1 kg
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
- Tomatoes without peel, chopped2 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste1 to taste
- Grated cheese to taste1 to taste
- Squeeze the manioc while still hot and put it in a pan with the margarine and salt.
- When they are well mixed, add the cream, mix and set aside.
- Saute the onion and garlic in a drizzle of oil.
- Add the shredded beef and let it cook for a while.
- Add the tomatoes and cook until they are wilted and adjust the salt if necessary.
- In a refractory greased with olive oil, place a layer of the manioc puree, the dried meat and finish with the rest of the puree.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven.
- And then just serve
