Olive oil (1 pinch)

Grated Parmesan Cheese

Mozzarella cheese (5 slices)

Diced Bacon

Ripe Tomato, Peeled and diced

Grated large onion

Basil

Garlic Cloves (Mashed)

Quando a água estiver fervendo coloque o macarrão, mexendo com o garfo sempre, para não grudar.

When the water is boiling, add the pasta, stirring constantly with a fork to avoid sticking.

Deixe a massa al dente, escorra e lave a massa na água fria e deixe no escorredor. Reserve.

Leave the pasta al dente, drain and wash the pasta in cold water and leave it in the colander. Reserve.

Em uma panela, Prepare os tomates, e doure no bacon juntamente com a cebola e o alho, NÃO COLOQUE ÁGUA. Misture sem parar.

In a pan, prepare the tomatoes, and brown them in the bacon along with the onion and garlic, DO NOT PUT WATER. Mix non-stop.

Não acrescente molho de tomate nem colorau.

Quando o molho estiver bem suculento, acresente o manjericão e desligue o fogo com a panela tampada.

When the sauce is very juicy, add the basil and turn off the heat with the pan covered.

Depois, pegue o macarrão que ficou no escorredor e despeje na panela com o molho. Misture bem.

Then, take the pasta that was left in the colander and pour it into the pan with the sauce. Mix well.

Modo de servir:
Pegue o macarrão com o molho (ainda quente), coloque em um prato, em seguida pegue 1 fatia de queijo mussarela e coloque-a por cima do macarrão. Depois é só aproveitar. Fica uma delícia! 😋 

Serving mode:
Take the pasta with the sauce (still hot), put it on a plate, then take 1 slice of mozzarella cheese and place it on top of the pasta. Then just enjoy. It's delicious! 🇧🇷
