  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  1. Put the wheat flour in a container, make a well in the center of the flour and add the eggs.
  2. Mix the dough until smooth and elastic.
  3. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for an hour in the fridge.
  4. Remove the dough and cut into pieces, pass through the smooth rolling pin of the pasta machine until it reaches the thickness of 2 mm, then pass through the pasta cutter of the desired measure.
  5. If necessary sprinkle a little semolina so that the dough does not stick to the machine.
  6. Put water and a tablespoon of oil in a pan, after boiling put the pasta, leave it until it reaches the desired point.
  7. Add your favorite sauce and serve.
