  • Olive oil2 tablespoon

  • FOR THE CHEESE SAUCE: butter2 tablespoon
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
  • Milk2 cup
  • Sour cream1 cup
  • Grated Parmesan1/2 cup
  • Salt, black pepper and nutmeg to taste
  • TO FINISH: Cleaned gray shrimp500 g
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Ham200 g
  • Shredded Mozzarella200 g
  • Pea1/2 cup
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Straw potato2 cup
  1. FOR THE RICE: Heat a pan, add the oil, lightly brown the chopped onion and garlic. Add the unwashed rice, sauté for another 2 minutes. Add boiling water and salt. Cook for 12 minutes over medium heat.
  2. FOR THE CHEESE SAUCE: Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and cook for a minute. Add milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook over medium heat for 7 minutes, add the grated parmesan. Season with salt, kingdom pepper and nutmeg to taste.
  3. FOR FINALIZATION: season the shrimp with salt and black pepper to taste. Heat a frying pan, add the butter, lightly fry the shrimp. Add the cheese sauce, cooked rice, peas, diced ham. Adjust the seasoning.
  4. Transfer to a refractory, sprinkle the grated mozzarella and take it to gratin for 10 minutes at the maximum temperature. Remove from the oven and serve with the straw potato.
