  • Wholemeal flour4 cup
  • Warm water2 cup
  • sunflower or coconut oil, canola...(your choice)1/2 cup
  • Organic Dry Yeast2 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar1 tablespoon
  • Sesame, flaxseed, almonds to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. In the blender place all the liquid ingredients first starting with water, oil, salt, sugar and yeast. Whisk lightly and gradually add the flour.
  2. Grease a loaf pan and pour the dough from the blender. Sprinkle the sesame, flaxseed and almonds on top. Let it rest with a cloth on top until the dough doubles in volume. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Or until it is lightly golden. Do the toothpick test and if it comes out clean, it's done. Bon appetite!😋
