  • Brown or white sugar2 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Whole wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon/optional1 tablespoon
  • Sugar to make caramel3/4 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Banana8 unit(s)
  1. Roof In a pan, add the sugar and mix until melted. Pour in the hot water and stir until the sugar dissolves. Let it thicken until it reaches the point of syrup and set aside.
  2. Pasta Beat the eggs, sugar, oil and milk in a blender. Add the wheat flour little by little and continue beating until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough. Lastly add the yeast and beat at the minimum speed in the blender.. Pour the caramel over the entire baking sheet and the bananas cut lengthways.
  3. Bake in a medium oven at 180º C, preheated, for approximately 40 minutes. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The amount of bananas varies according to the size of the pan. To add more flavor to the cake, you can also add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon to the dough.
