- Tomato sauce4 tablespoon
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- First, cook the pasta as usual with just water and salt, then drain the pasta and set aside until the sauce is ready.
- In a pan add the oil, garlic, tomato and onion and sauté well.
- After well sautéed add the tomato sauce and mix well and leave it on the fire for another 1 or 2 minutes.
- Then turn off the fire and mix our noodles with the sauce and mix well and to finish put chopped chives on top and that's it.
