- Warm milk400 ml
- Biological Yeast20 g
- Wheat Flour900 g
- Oil200 ml
- In a bowl put the warm milk, warm water, oil, eggs, sugar and yeast and mix well.
- Start adding the wheat little by little and knead well until it comes off your hands. Return the dough to the bowl, cover with a tea towel and let it rest until doubled in volume.
- Meanwhile, make the filling: Mix 4 tablespoons of butter, 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of shredded coconut flakes.
- Open the dough with a rectangular roll and spread the coconut filling. Roll it up like a rocambole lengthwise, cut pieces of + or - 3 cm and place them in a greased mold, leaving space between them. Take to bake in preheated oven at 180° until golden.
