  • Warm water200 ml
  • Warm milk400 ml
  • Biological Yeast20 g
  • Wheat Flour900 g
  • Oil200 ml
  1. In a bowl put the warm milk, warm water, oil, eggs, sugar and yeast and mix well.
  2. Start adding the wheat little by little and knead well until it comes off your hands. Return the dough to the bowl, cover with a tea towel and let it rest until doubled in volume.
  3. Meanwhile, make the filling: Mix 4 tablespoons of butter, 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of shredded coconut flakes.
  4. Open the dough with a rectangular roll and spread the coconut filling. Roll it up like a rocambole lengthwise, cut pieces of + or - 3 cm and place them in a greased mold, leaving space between them. Take to bake in preheated oven at 180° until golden.
