  • Water200 ml

  3. After the dough has doubled in volume, shape the donuts as you prefer and let rise again for about 20 minutes.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° until golden brown + or - about 20 minutes.
  5. Donut syrup: 1 American glass of sugar and half a glass of water. Bring to a boil and let it boil for about 5 minutes. As soon as the donuts are baked, take them out of the oven and add the syrup. You can sprinkle grated coconut or refined sugar.
