- Wheat flour01 kg
- Fresh Organic Yeast30 g
- Warm Water01 cup
- Salt01 coffee spoon
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Beat in the blender, the water, sugar, biological yeast, oil and salt for 03 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and gradually add the flour.
- When you can no longer move with a spoon, with the countertop clean, place the dough and knead with your hands until the dough comes away from your hands.
- After kneading the dough, place the dough in a bowl and cover and let it rest for approximately 50 minutes or until doubled in size.
- With the dough already grown, break it into equal parts and with the help of a bottle or pasta roller, open the dough and mold the buns.
- Turn on the oven and leave it on for a minute and then turn it off.
- With the loaves molded and already in the roast, let it rest for another 30 minutes in the heated oven or until it doubles in size.
- Then, bake in an oven at 200°C for approximately 40 minutes or until golden. Enjoy your food!!!
